Ethically handwoven in India and GOTS certified organic cotton and natural rubber yoga mat. The Ayurvedic herbal tinctures, here mainly triphala, vetiver and red sandalwood, are harmonizing.

It is suitable for all three doshas that it harmonizes with each other. The triphala herb has been the main remedy used for more than 3000 years in Ayurveda to promote health and longevity.

In India, yoga is not practiced on rubber mats but on natural fabric fiber mats to avoid isolating from the natural energies of the Earth. Therefore the mat has a natural grounding effect!
