Catherine, founder of De Uria & The Breath Lab

I created the Breath Lab because I kept seeing the same thing — people with a genuine yoga practice who had never been taught how to actually use their breath to its full potential. These sessions are my way of sharing the most practical, effective tools I know with two main axes: PERFORMANCE and RECOVERY.
