Shipping & Returns
All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund, must be unused and in sellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
You may request a return of merchandise purchased online for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. If the product is unused and in sellable condition, at our discretion we will except store credit returns within 45 days of purchase.
All merchandise returned for refund or store credit must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Final Sale Items
Select products such as our bra's and yoga pants, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchase. De Uria online will not accept returns for any items purchased from third-party retailers.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back to us!
- Initiate the return: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Provide us with your order number and use the email address linked with your online order. Please provide us with the reason for your return and if you want an Exchange or Refund.
- Return Authorization (RA) Number: Once you have received an email with your Return Authorization number, write the Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of your package. You can find your number in the subject line of your return submission email.
- Get your Return ready to send: Place your new and unused items in the original packaging provided by De Uria. Customers returning are responsible for return shipments & costs on all Returns. These are non-refundable. De Uria is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
- Return your product to us: Send your product to us and a refund will be processed once your return is received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union (including United Kingdom), United States of America (USA), Canada and Switzerland. Excluding Taxes, Duties, and International Processing).
Free shipping offer valid on orders shipped to mainland addresses. Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Standard Shipping: 4-5 Business Days Worldwide. Free on orders to European Union (including United Kingdom), United States of America (USA), Canada and Switzerland. CHF 19.99 to other countries.
Premium Shipping: 1-3 Business Days. The shipping rate for this service varies by country and is reflected during checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm GMT+1 ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. On occasion, orders may be subject for review due to consumer protection. This may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-4 extra days for order processing.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?
